Located in the heart of Miami Beach?s world famous Art Deco district just one block west
of the crystal blue water of the Atlantic, the Marlin has earned a reputation as South
Beach?s ?rock n? roll hotel?. The Marlin houses South Beach Studios where artists such as
U2 and Aerosmith have come to mix parts of their top selling albums. Famous guests have
included everyone from Mick Jagger to Oliver Stone. The Elite Modeling Agency located on
the second floor of the hotel allows guests to catch a glimpse of some of the most

hotspot in which to stay while visiting the vacation playground known as South Beach. The
Marlin is conveniently located near all of the hustle and bustle of the famous nightlife,
Lincoln Road and the Miami Beach Convention Center.
